iGPR makes producing reports quick and easy and supports compliance. GPs can save valuable time by using iGPR to redact and review sensitive and third party information and then sending electronically to requesting third parties.  As of January 2019, both Subject Access Reporting and Insurance reporting are free of charge in iGPR Basic.

Fab company to deal with - really care about and listen to their customers, not just in it for the profit. Innovative product and has evolved with technology developments and practice needs. Really nice sales team who don't pressure you sign the dotted line - they want to make sure it's right for you. We use SARs Pro to create all our subject access request reports - it gives me great peace of mind that there is a robust process (alongside the human intervention element) to screen out sensitive and third party information, plus it reduces the time we have to put in. Well worth the money.

Our practice is new to using iGPR. The training I have received has been excellent and I am confident the trainers will welcome any contact going forward should this be necessary.
Using iGPR for electronic reports is going to save so much time. I will review again after gaining more experience hopefully 5 stars will be achieved!

I spoke to Jake today as I was having trouble remembering how to use some of the software and the update would not go through. Jake did the update for me and spent time going through the software with me. Very helpful !! This software has saved no end of time for both admin and GP we use it a lot and have found it to be much safer. Amazing

I have now had the software updated to the new version and I am so excited to know I can send an encrypted file by email. This makes work life so much easier. The ability to redact a full set of notes, copy an encrypted file to disk, ensures a secure way to provide the confidential information without compromising patients confidential records. The recent upgrades have made the process more user friendly.
The customer service provided by all at Niche is reassuring, especially as it take me time to get to grips with new technology.

IGPR sent a representative to train several members of our admin team to learn how to process medical insurance reports via IGPR. I am pleased to say that the morning was a great success in terms of understanding how to electronically deal with these reports in the most efficient and accurate way.

The staff who took part were highly motivated by the interactive session and now feel both better equipped and more confident in their ability to manage this process.

As a large practice, every penny saved or claimed makes a difference to the quality and provision of care and service to our patients. I therefore cannot praise Kevin at IGPR highly enough and have no hesitation of offering this endorsement of their services.

Spoke to Kevin from Niche today - he spent over an hour and was extremely helpful. He remotely logged in and showed me how to process insurance reports via iGPR and answered any questions I had. This software should potentially save a lot of time and therefore money in the long term. This is also a much more secure method of checking documents than going through them manually - the redaction software is impressive. There is always someone from the friendly team available to answer questions or provide support. Highly recommended. Thank you!

We purchased create report for solicitors reports and this is far more secure because we can encrypt on to a disk therefore not printing out the reports and this saves on postage , paper and toner. We recommend this to other surgeries

We have just started using iGPR. The team (Creg and Paul Harris) have been exellent in the telephone conversation with instructions on how to get started on iGPR. We have not actually used the system properly yet but we have had very good training from Tom today. Tom was extremely clear and very helpful. It all seems a very easy and manageable system to use. We look forward to using it.

We haven't received many iGPR requests as yet but of the ones that we have processed I can definitely see the benefits of it to our Surgery, especially for the GP's who have very little time for administrative work these days. The process is streamlined, quick and easy and only the absolute minimum, but necessary, information is requested by the Insurance Company of which we are still able to review and retract if neccessary, ensuring maximum patient confidentiality.

This saves me so much time - a report can be completed in minutes - wish all the companies used this method.
Should you have a problem the friendly people at Niche health are always on hand to help out, I have not had a question they cannot answer yet.
If you are unsure whether to use this or not - give it a go you will be amazed how easy it is.

The training is very good and easy to understand. The reports are prepared very quickly and the information extracted from the records is efficient and easily read by the GP. Most of our GPs are quite happy with the format.

Had an issue with iGPR sending a patient's record that was too big. Spoke to Tom who was very helpful in talking me through the process to amend the record so that it could finally be sent. Excellent service - prompt answer to my phonecall with a speedy conclusion.

Spoke to Tom with regards to the iGPR and he talked me through the process as this is new to our Practice. Found Tom to be very helpful with explaining everything on how to complete a Medical Report. Also found processing them electronically a lot better than receiving paper reports.
