Patient Routing – 24 hours per day call routing to out of hours providers with a bespoke messaging service.Practices are able to send calls from patients to any location no matter what time of day.

Privacy – Calls and logs are encrypted and managers have access to previous calls, therefore allowing complaints to be dealt with swiftly.

We have worked with Purecloud for just over 2 years, they are a forward thinking company who understood our needs and helped us to develop a phone system suitable for a busy health centre. Midlands & Lancashire CSU have been utilising the Purecloud telephone system for 3 years. The system is second to none in its efficiency and effectiveness for a Service Desk environment. From an operational point of view, the system is very efficient – as an NHS Service Desk to a very large number of users, our customers are heavily reliant on us being the first point of call for all of their IT needs and as such we need to be available at all times, 24/7 – Purecloud ensures this continuity and availability. The system is also very comprehensive from an analytical and reporting perspective as it allows you to drill down into every call that has been received and glean all kinds of information that is needed to report on from a service standpoint. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service to any prospective client.

Pure Cloud has recently taken over the delivery of telecommunications at the Health Centre. Installation of the different systems within the centre was a challenging experience for all parties involved given the complexity of the outcomes required, Darren Lake took time to attend numerous meetings to facilitate the changeover of providers and to offer a number of options in the contract costs of the hardware, service and call provision. Once installed Pure Cloud support has been almost immediate taking into consideration the day to day workings of the health centre and the implications of telecommunications on the service delivery provided by the health centre.

We are now working with superior technology which is reliable and robust, support calls are managed efficiently and we can always make contact with the support team.

We moved into our new Medical Centre last year and changed supplier to Pure Cloud as part of that process. They provided a lot of support during what was a turbulent time, even with some IT issues that we had, which were outside their remit. Their ongoing customer service is good and most issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. The management team is always accessible and they respond well to queries and requests for amendments to the system.
