We moved to X-on for Surgery Connect in December 2022, best move we have made.
Lots to learn on this new system, but nothing is rocket science and very easily adaptable.
Its made quite an impact to our patients, clinicians and overall management of workload and impact on Reception time.
From the point we were sold the system, all was in place as it should be.
The after sales service is excellent.
We have a fantastic named contact to help support. Steve has been exceptionally supportive in holding our hands in the initial few weeks.
I also note that Surgery Connect has been named one of the 5 preferred provider for advanced telephony going forward by NHSE, so we are chuffed to be on board.
We look forward to making improvements to the way we work as we now have a support telephony solution to work more remotely with ease.
Financially, it is a more expensive system, but when you see what you get and the fact that the billing is very simplified with one bill overall - it's worth it.
Anyone looking to switch - I would not hesitate and highly recommend.
