About Physiological Measurements

PML was incorporated in June 2005 by Andy Honeyman and Jonathon Pither, both clinical physiologists by background. Jon and Andy have held a number of senior positions between them in the private and public sector, both hold a Masters in Cardiology from the University of Sussex and in addition , Andy holds and Exec MBA from Cranfield University.

PML was set up to provide additional capacity to the acute sector of the NHS. As the modern NHS evolved, PML has changed and grown in line with NHS modernisation.

The focus of the NHS after the Health and Social Care acts was to improve quality and give power back to develop locally led and commissioned clinical services.
PML have been supporting this initiative since 2012 in delivering cardiology and general ultrasound contracts under the AQP banner.
