Full time Business Manager, Stratford-upon-Avon,  £60-70,000 DOE & 30 days holiday, NHS Pension, free car parking

Trinity Court Surgery based in the historic and picturesque town of Stratford-upon-Avon have an excellent opportunity for a Business Manager. The practice has been rated outstanding by the CQC, has approximately 18,000 patients and a growing list size. The practice operates from 2 sites with the main site being purpose built premises with excellent facilities.

The practice has 6 GP Partners, employs 3 salaried GPs, a large nursing team including 3 ANPs and good reception and administrative functions.

The role is an interesting and challenging variety of strategic, financial and human resources management. You will take a lead in new opportunities and development, delivering staff and patient satisfaction, organisation of the practice processes, communication and stakeholder relationships.
