This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished manager with a proven track record to join a friendly and successful GP training practice and PCN. We are passionate about delivering high quality, patient centred care for our 37,000 patients and recognise that to achieve this we need to invest in our team and in our relationships with partner organisations.

We are looking for a highly motivated and well-organised strategic business manager with strong interpersonal and business skills to lead the practice and engage with local initiatives. The person appointed will be appropriately qualified and have proven skills particularly in managing finances, HR and compliance.

St Austell lies on the south coast of Cornwall with all the benefits of Cornish living on our doorstep. The practice covers patients from the town of St Austell and surroundings, down to the costal fishing village of Mevagissey. We are a single practice PCN and host a number of secondary care services via our Ltd company.
