Deputy Practice Manager

28 hours per week

We are a friendly well established rural Practice operating within Dartmoor National Park with a Practice Population of approximately 5,300. We are also a training and teaching Practice. Due to promotion we are looking to appoint a part time Deputy Practice Manager to complement the existing team undertaking a number of managerial and supervisory activities to support the Practice Manager and five GP Partners in the delivery of high quality and sustainable care.  The person appointed will have strong interpersonal skills, as well as experience in managing people, I.T. and health and safety, working closely with the Practice Manager to implement new systems and processes as required. The successful applicant should have a flexible and proactive approach to their work and be able to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively.
