A full time vacancy has arisen due to the forthcoming retirement of our present Manager. We are a friendly, busy, 7 doctor practice located in a modern purpose built surgery on the outskirts of Rushden, serving 12,000 patients.

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic individual, with skills in Finance, IT, Staff Management and Business Planning to lead our enthusiastic and committed team. Previous NHS Primary Care experience is desirable. A thorough induction and handover period will be provided.

Position to commence August 2017. Salary £40k - £45k depending on experience.

NHS pension and 6 weeks leave a year.
