Practice Manager

Due to impending retirement, a rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced manager within a successful and busy training practice. 

Based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, the practice operates over two sites, with a large clinical team including 5 partners. Responsible for the day to day running of the practice, you must demonstrate exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills. 

Previous practice management experience is not essential, however the successful candidate will have been previously employed in a management role.

Excellent communication skills, team management experience, and financial acumen are critical to fulfil the requirements of this exciting position.

The practice is a friendly established practice, with a stable and experienced workforce. The partners are seeking an individual who could fit in to this environment.
