Practice Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated practice manager, with strategic vision,  to join our forward-thinking, friendly  practice.

We are a busy, high performing, teaching and training practice based in new, purpose built premises. We are a 3 partner practice with a large and well organised clinical and non-clinical team. We have a list size of approximately 13,000 patients with a varied patient demographic. We are a member of OHP and are the PCN hub site for covid vaccinations and for extended access.

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic practice manager to join our loyal team. The right person will offer strong leadership with business, financial and HR skills. In addition, we are looking for someone who, working with the 3 partners, will continue to drive the practice forward by identifying, and acting on, practice and business opportunities. Prior skills in practice management would be an advantage, however,  finding the right candidate, with the necessary skills and ambition,  is our priority.
