Practice Manager

Bethnal Green Health Centre is looking for a highly motivated Practice Manager.

The Practice Manager is a key member of the practice and will be expected to support the team in achieving goals and targets using a combination of personal involvement, motivation of other staff and delegation where appropriate.

We are a well-established training and teaching  practice in the heart of the  East End of London delivering a wide range of services to our 8000 + patients. The practice is growing and in addition to our own doctors, nurses, and health care assistants we enjoy working actively with our network team which includes a pharmacist, physiotherapist, social prescribers and an occupational therapist. We operate from purpose built premises with parking facilities for staff.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate robust leadership and communication skills and have strong HR and organisational abilities.

The post is full-time (37.5hours).

Annual leave entitlement will be 25 days per annum plus all statutory bank holidays.
