Practice Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished, highly motivated practice manager with strategic vision to lead our excellent administrative and clinical teams. Candidates must be enthusiastic, conscientious, have proven leadership skills, backed by a robust knowledge of business management, a strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills.

Park House Surgery is an established and patient centred practice looking after circa 6750 patients, situated in Bagshot village, just off junction 3 of the M3. We are a GMS practice, CQC good and high QOF achievers. To meet the needs of our community we also work together with other local practices as part of Surrey Heath PCN within the Frimley CCG.

Previous experience of managing accounts is essential as well as experience of working closely with external stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. The successful applicant will support the partners and staff in the delivery and planning of excellent patient care. They will also be responsible for the efficient and safe management of the practice, ensuring the wellbeing of the patients and staff. They will lead all aspects of general management, including human resources, finance, health and safety, patient service delivery, risk management and aspects of IT. The successful applicant will also be the Practice registered manager for CQC.

Whilst NHS/Healthcare management experience is ideal, we are looking for the right person to join our team and thus will consider exceptional candidates if they can demonstrate transferable skills.
