Tattenham Health Centre is a friendly, supportive and successful general practice, based in purpose built premises in a beautiful area of Surrey, near Epsom Downs racecourse with circa 7500 patients.

We are a dynamic and forward thinking team, which comprises of 3 partners, 3 salaried GPs, excellent receptionists and administrators, well established nursing team and a clinical pharmacist. As a training practice we provide FY2 supervision and GP training.

We operate EMIS clinical system and are part of the developing integrated Surrey Care Record, with recent full digitalisation to a system of total telephone triage, electronic consultation via Footfall (silicon) platform, Accurx for video consultation, Teamnet, Microsoft Teams, enabling the provision for remote working.

We are a high achieving QOF practice using Ardens Q Masters, rated good by CQC with high patient satisfaction.

We are part of a well led Banstead Primary Care Network consisting of 5 practices, with access to a social prescribing link worker, GP integrated mental health team, Banstead Integrated community service; comprising care co-ordinators, district nurses, community matrons and paramedic practitioners, who support our house bound and care home patients.

We are seeking an accomplished and proactive leader that can work with our practice team whilst we continue to innovate and adapt to the new changes within primary care.

Previous management experience and good interpersonal and team management skills are essential, preferably in a health care environment.

You will need to be highly organised, with experience in; HR, IT, payroll, finance, project and premises management to ensure the smooth running of our 'day to day’ practice.

The position is for a flexible 40 hours per week, salary is competitive depending on experience and expertise, and includes holiday entitlement and membership of NHS Pension Scheme.
