Practice Manager – Bridge View Medical, Bedminster, Bristol

Salary £45,000 to £50,000pa dependent on experience

We are a recently merged Practice in South Bristol with c38,000 patients cared for by a team of 128 dedicated Partners and staff. We are a Primary Care Network in our own right and take an active involvement in the South Bristol Locality. We pride ourselves on being an experienced GP Training Practice, also taking Nurse trainees and multiple groups of medical students from across all five teaching years.

We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Practice Manager who can demonstrate the ability and experience to work with the Partners and Executive Manager to complete the operational merger of the previous four Practices, and to drive the Practice forward to meet the increasingly complex demands being placed on Primary Care.

You will be responsible for leading a very experienced team across five sites as they deliver services to our patients on a day-to-day basis. To do this you must have the experience and skills to manage in a busy and demanding environment, ensuring both leadership and support to the various sub-teams keeping all aspects of the Practice working.

We are looking for a manager able to bring enthusiasm and new ideas to help us deliver exceptional results and remain at the leading edge of developments in Primary Care.
