Practice Manager

We’re looking for a highly motivated practice manager to join our friendly semi-rural practice in Arundel, West Sussex. The candidate will need strategic vision and excellent interpersonal skills to provide leadership and management across our teams, focussing on performance and quality. The post holder will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day operations of the practice.

At the foot of the South Downs, near to the sea and close to Brighton our location is great if the outdoors is your thing. There is easy access to London and Gatwick by a direct train link. We are currently 4 GPs and one ANP covering a population of 6500 patients. We are actively looking for innovative ways of working and already utilise signposting and workflow optimisation. We also meet for resilience-boosting coffee mid-morning! We have a modern, spacious, well equipped building. We are part of the forward-thinking Regis Health locality which is well prepared for the new contract. A 2018 CQC inspection rated us as good in all areas.
