Practice Manager

West End Surgery has an exciting opportunity to appoint a Practice Manager.
We are an average-sized practice of approximately 4500 patients with 3 GPs, 1 Nurse, 1 HCA, and 6 supporting administration staff. Located in the border of Ealing/Hillingdon in West London and part of Ealing CCG. We have a high QOF achievement, a “Good” CQC rating, and plan to become a GP training practice in the near future.

As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a surgery. We are looking for someone who has good organisational skills, IT skills and communication skills. You will need to present and analyse data to monitor quality, attend local meetings, deal with complaints, manage staff and human resources, look for new opportunities for service development, and handle finance systems (including payroll).

You should have some prior experience of leadership and management. We are willing to invest in someone build on these skills and gain understanding of NHS systems. NHS experience would be an advantage, although not an exclusive requirement.
We are a new, young and dynamic Partnership of two Partners. We are looking for a Practice Manager who can develop a shared vision of new systems, organisation, and innovation.

Start date immediate.
Fulltime (37.5 hours). Starting salary up to £38K but dependent on experience and negotiable.
