Practice Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual and highly motivated Practice Manager within our small, friendly, rural dispensing practice. We have a list size of 3, 000 patients. The practice is run over three sites. We are high QOF performers and achieved ‘good’ in our recent CQC inspection.

We are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate sound business management skills, who is financially astute, patient focused, has experience in managing and motivating staff and good IT skills.

Previous management experience is essential and NHS experience is desirable.

Competitive Salary, negotiable dependant on experience and qualifications. Other benefits are 5 weeks holiday and membership of the NHS pension scheme.
