Practice Manager / Business Manager Vacancy

Oldwood Surgery is a friendly well respected and well organised four partner dispensing practice based across 2 sites in Robertsbridge and Battle caring for 5600 patients.

We provide high quality care to our patients, with CQC rating of Good in all areas, and excellent patient feedback. We are actively involved in our local CCG and GP Federation. A new Health Centre and Locality hub is planned for 2018.

We are looking for a dynamic accomplished senior manager with expertise in IT and business management who will lead the practice team and work collaboratively with the Partners.

The ideal candidate will additionally be able to demonstrate good communication and organisational skills and to effectively manage multiple tasks and strategic projects.

Experience of practice management or working in NHS primary care is desirable although not essential. We use the EMIS web clinical system.

Salary will depend on the skills and experience of the candidates; however it is likely to be in the range of £35,000 to £45,000 pro rata. Benefits include membership of the NHS pension scheme. We are looking for someone to work between 30-37 hours per week, but a degree of flexibility around this is possible.
