This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to join a friendly forward thinking surgery on a part- time basis. The role and number of hours has been carefully considered. The position will be well supported by an experienced full time deputy, an administrator and also managing GP Partner.

Waddesdon Surgery is a fully dispensing practice with a list size of 5,400. We have three GP partners and a well organised nursing, dispensary and admin team with excellent team working. The practice is situated in Waddesdon village, close to Aylesbury.

The person appointed will have strong interpersonal skills, as well as experience in managing people, I.T., finances, health and safety and business management.
