Practice Manager

Easthampstead Surgery is a warm, friendly practice serving a population of 5000 patients based in Bracknell.

We are looking for a well organised part time Practice manager with strong leadership, communication and regulatory compliance skills. It is essential you have few years of experience working as a Practice Manager in General Practice.

The Practice Manager will provide support and advice to the Partners on strategic issues for the Practice. In addition, they will be responsible for managing and coordinating effectively all aspects of the practice’s operational day-to-day business, with the support from the Partners. These responsibilities include motivating and managing the staff, optimising the efficiency and performance of the practice, ensuring that the practice meets the Care Quality Commissioning Standards and achieves its primary healthcare strategy.

They would be committed to working at improving patient experience, whilst achieving high quality services and implementing innovative change.

Key qualities would be the ability to lead and work with a small team and maintain good relationships with both clinical and administrative staff; be able to cope with multiple tasks and to assist with maintaining high standards for QOF and Enhanced services.

Knowledge of Payroll, Accounting and Finance is NOT required.
