Practice / Business Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive and flexible Practice / Business manager with excellent interpersonal skills to take on the reins of our 15,000 patient population primary care organisation.

You will have experience in managing an organisation within the NHS, preferably in Primary Care.  The successful candidate will require an ability to manage the complexities of a practice of 20+ staff plus 5 partners with excellent  knowledge of  finance, accounting, HR, Health & Safety, Enhanced Services, CQC etc. You will have a formal qualification in health management.

Must have the following crucial skills and knowledge:

• Knowledge of CQC requirements
• Oversight of building estates and maintenance
• Understanding GDPR and taking action to ensure that we remain compliant
• Oversight of income stream, CQRS reconciliations and Xero software experience
• Complaints Management
• Overseeing day-to-day HR and business processes with support from Admin and HR lead
• Liaison to PPG and help implement and sustain it as an autonomous vehicle for co-design improvements
• Attendance of Brent CCG and Kilburn Network manager forums and an externally facing representative for the Practice as we move to ‘at scale’ operations in the from of Primary Care Networks
• Highly organised & IT literacy

Hours: 20 hours per week Monday, Wednesday and Friday ideally ; Mondays are essential.

FTE Salary: £45 – 60K
