Practice Business Manager

Arthur Medical Centre are recruiting for a Practice Business Manager with a view to possible future Partnership.

This exciting role is based in a teaching practice which has active involvement in the local PCN. This is an opportunity to work in a supportive, dynamic, forward thinking team, who delivers the traditional philosophy of general practice whilst ensuring the delivery of high quality innovative patient centred services in todays’ challenging NHS.

The suitable candidate will have the skills to lead and engage the whole team. Strong business and financial acumen are required to drive the profitability of the practice and identify potential earning opportunities. You will also need a clear knowledge of HR and its application and the drive and enthusiasm that is required for the demands of todays’ general practice.

Previous NHS primary care experience is beneficial.
