Practice Manager

The Greyswood Practice is looking for an exceptional Practice Business Manager to join our friendly, supportive team.

We are a high-performing 4-partner practice, with an expanding list size of 9,500+, and outstanding patient feedback. We are also planning to extend our premises and become a training practice in the very near future. Full complement of services including: phlebotomy, ECGs, counselling, physiotherapy, smoking cessation, podiatry, and ultrasound services. We serve a diverse local population – including young families, BME groups, older people, young professionals and a local residential home. We are paper-light and efficient: EMIS Web, Docman workflow management system, e-referrals.

The successful candidate will be a talented people manager, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for someone who has meticulous organisational skills, and who is comfortable managing finances and budgets.

Experience working in a management role in the NHS, and in primary care particularly is highly desirable.
