Practice Business Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished manager with a proven track record to join a friendly and successful ten partner GP training practice which has achieved a number of awards for excellence. Bennetts End Surgery is long-established and has a reputation for being forward-thinking and innovative. The practice looks after 18,000 patients and is situated in a purpose-built surgery premises which has recently been remodelled via Transformation funding to provide 25 consulting rooms and a suite of offices and meeting rooms. There is also an in-house “100 hour” pharmacy which the partners own jointly with an independent pharmacist.   The current managing partner is stepping down from the management role in the practice, whilst continuing in the interim to provide a lead role in the Primary Care Network and will be available to mentor the new manager into the role. We are looking for a highly motivated and well-organised practice business manager with strong interpersonal and business skills to lead the practice and engage with local initiatives.   The person appointed will be appropriately qualified and have proven skills particularly in managing finances, HR and compliance.
