A full time post to assist & support the Managing Partner, GPs & other members of the senior management team in all aspects of the day to day running of the practice including HR, overseeing the Reception & administrative teams, monitoring QOF, managing the clinical IT system & some finance.
The candidate should have a working knowledge of Primary Care & have management experience. Also required are excellent skills in people management, quality & productivity, customer service & an excellent telephone manner. A good standard of IT skills including the use of email, MS packages & keyboard skills are essential.
The candidate must be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team, have the ability to work effectively under pressure & prioritise, be smart in appearance, have high energy levels & maintain a positive attitude.
