About the role

Apply for job

The Redcliffe Surgery is a forward thinking, dynamic, training practice in Earls Court. We have just under 11,000 patients with an interesting and varied patient mix.

We are now looking for an operations manager to take up a new and exciting role immediately within the surgery’s management team, as over the next 18 months the Redcliffe Surgery will be going through some exciting changes.

The management team at the surgery is headed by a business manager, who will be leading on the management and administrative tasks to deliver the changes successfully. He is now looking to recruit an operations manager to support him with the changes, providing critical practice management support at the location in 10 Redcliffe Street.

The operations manager will work closely with the business manager and will be responsible for leading the frontline non-clinical team to deliver excellent service and standards.

As the operations manager, you should be able to work autonomously. You will be innovative in nature and will implement solutions to problems that arise as part of the day-to-day running of the practice.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person with experience of managing a team. You will be used to working in a fast-paced and changing environment. Experience of working in healthcare management is desirable but not essential.

If you are an enthusiastic team player, who wants to join a supportive and friendly practice we would love to meet you.
