Arbury Medical Centre provides primary medical services for its 10,000 practice population. We are looking for an individual to compliment the existing team; undertaking a number of managerial and supervisory activities to support the Practice Manager and Partners in the delivery of high quality and sustainable care. The Deputy Manager will have managerial responsibility for non clinical staff taking a lead in recruitment, appraisal and training; working closely with the Practice Manager and Reception Supervisor to implement new systems and processes as required. The successful applicant will deputise for the Manager in his/her absence and undertake a varied workload allocated by the Manager or GP Partners.

Working a 30 hour week, Monday - Friday (daily)
