We are looking for an experienced, strategic and proactive manager to assist the partners in leading the practice.

You will have experience in managing an organisation within the NHS, preferably in Primary Care.  The successful candidate will require an ability to manage the complexities of a practice of 20+ staff plus 5 partners with excellent  knowledge of  finance, accounting, HR, Health & Safety, Enhanced Services, CQC etc. You will have a formal qualification in health management.

Our Interim Practice Manager will be available to give a comprehensive hand-over to the successful candidate.

37.5 hours per week.   Salary negotiable and dependant on experience.

We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive and flexible Practice / Business manager with excellent interpersonal skills to take on the reins of our 15,000 patient population primary care organisation. We provide GMS and enhanced services.

We have a good complement of staff including GPs, Nurse Practitioners, HCA’s, PN’s and importantly frontline administrative practice service professionals. We are an expanding organisation and proactive locally, regionally and nationally, are part of the Kilburn Network and Brent CCG.

The Manager is expected to work very closely with the executive lead and partners within the organisation. We are keen for the manager to work proactively within the ethos of the practice.

The Manager will be supported by a strong team of reception and administration managers and clinical support staff. There are further opportunities to work closely with the other practices within the Kilburn locality.

We believe in doing today's work today and shared electronic diary system. Weekly meetings are held together with regular clinical meetings.

This post offers performance related discretionary bonus on top of the salary, NHS pension, NI and annual leave. The Manager is responsible for CQC registration, maintaining high standards of care, recruitment of staff, financial accountability and growth.

We are looking for a Practice Manager - Director ideally, but not necessarily, with a graduate background, good communication - verbal and written and good presentation skills. Experience in the NHS would be an advantage.
