Description
We are looking for an Executive Manager who will quickly develop into the CEO of Northamptonshire LMC
- A senior manager with responsibility for the smooth running of the committees and other meetings as well as other essential and statutory work of the LMC.
- To facilitate communication between practices, the LMC and the committees as well as key stakeholders, including appropriate NHS bodies.
- To provide expert guidance and leadership in their areas of expertise to GPs and practice managers, other team members, senior managers and directors.
- To ensure the delivery of the project-based work and practice development programmes of the LMC.
- First point of contact for pastoral care
