Quality and Compliance Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive and flexible CQC compliance manager with excellent interpersonal skills to take on the reins of our 5,500 patient population GP practice.

The person must have experience in managing an organisation within the NHS, preferably in Primary Care.  The successful candidate will require an ability to manage the complexities of a practice of approximately 10 staff plus 5 Partners with excellent knowledge of CQC compliance, finance, accounting, HR, Health & Safety, Enhanced Services, etc. You will have a formal qualification in health management.

Must have the following crucial skills and knowledge:

• Firm knowledge and understanding of CQC requirements with a realistic plan for compliance.
• Oversee maintenance of building.
• Understanding GDPR and taking action to ensure that we remain compliant
• Oversee of income stream, CQRS reconciliations.
• Complaints Management
• Manage day-to-day business processes and structures by liaising with admin and partners
• Work with PPG and help implement and sustain it as an autonomous vehicle for co-design improvements
• Attendance of Merton CCG, Network manager forums and an externally facing representative for the Practice as we move to ‘at scale’ operations in the form of Primary Care Networks
• Self-motivated – able to work with minimal direction and to work towards goals regardless of distractions.

• Strategic thinking with a clear vision yet honest and caring with a steady approach
• Highly organised & IT

Salary is £30,000 - £45,000
