Business Manager

Stubbington Medical Practice is seeking to appoint a dynamic and motivated Business Manager. The practice has a registered list of approximately 13,000 patients with a good CQC rating. Our team of 6 (soon to be 7) partners is supported by 2 salaried GPs, a GP retainer and a 10 strong nursing team . We are also a long-standing training practice hosting student nurses, foundation doctors and GP trainees.

Our new Business Manager should be adaptable to change on a local, regional and national basis and ready to represent the practice to best advantage in any arena. Business acumen is essential and will include a sound knowledge of business planning, finance, budgeting and cash flow. You should attach a CV to your application please. Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential and we welcome informal visits from interested candidates.
