Enlighten E4 is secure for; Patient check-in, contact and demographic data review, Data capture & updating, inbound and outbound surveys.
Enlighten E4 surveys can be managed locally, or hosted centrally, for a fully integrated service.
Professionally presented & easy to use as part of the check-in process (with results available instantly and Read coded back into the clinical system*), they can be totally independent and anonymised. When used for non PID no tethering to site hardware is essential.
Enlighten E4 surveys can be created and published on a range of platforms, including; touch screens, PC’s, web, portals, print, mobiles and tablets.

Patient calling & information systems with LED or LCD screens for EMIS, InPS Vision, TPP SystmOne, Microtest, Adastra, Crosscare, BMJ Informatica FrontDesk, RiO & others.
Direct or Network calls are supported, receiving the “call sent” messages directly from the Clinician’s own appointment screen and displayed (with an audio alert or natural speech) as either part of the Media show or temporarily halting the media whilst the call is in progress.
