- Telephone / Clinical System integration – Save 30 seconds on every call with a pop-up of the patients details.
- Advanced clinical system integration – Flag palliative care patients when they call (Or any other group with unique needs!).
- Custom / vulnerable patient group setups – Create custom call flows to automatically recognise and respond to individual patients or groups. EG:
- Palliative patients routed to the front
- Simplified menu / routing for those who struggle with technology & menu’s
- Staff / care homes routed to specific teams

- Click to dial (high light any number and click the mouse to call it) – free singular SMS function for GP’s when doing outbound consultation or triage calls
- Advanced reporting – Live & historic reporting direct to your inbox! All the data you can imagine… plus we also help you drill down to the ‘why’ the patient is calling to help you better understand practice demand and aid service design.
- Virtual Care Navigator – This brings the online health admin features of your website to your phone system, helping provide a virtual receptionist available 24/7.
