From the initial discussions with VoicePower, through to the implementation of the pilot, VoicePower have been extremely supportive throughout and have accommodated our requests and solved our problems every step of the way. The training and continued support we have received from VoicePower has been better than we experienced during an earlier pilot with a different company. We have had an extremely positive experience and we are continuing to roll out digital dictation throughout our Directorate with the help and support from the team at VoicePower.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable training session/s with total support. I was very happy with the way the training was managed and received a phone call in the week between the sessions pro-actively offering assistance which I found a very nice touch. Everyone I spoke with was very supportive and I cannot fault the service.

I found the VoicePower technical support person I spoke with very helpful - they were happy to spend time with me allowing different questions that we had to be explored. I would definitely use VoicePower again. I would highly recommend VoicePower to other surgeries.

This has transformed how we handle our dictation processes. The secretaries have a much more efficient flow of work and the doctors are able to have the finished letters in record time! We have also been able to meet the deadlines for referral letter attachments via the Choice and Booking service very effectively. The service provided by VoicePower was excellent from the initial demonstration and installation to the training provided and follow up of queries. We thought that the Olympus system itself is easy to use and overall the price was competitive and gave us good value for money.

Any hiccups that we experienced when initially using the system were sorted with a simple phone call or email. The Partners and Staff would all happily recommend your service to any interested party.
