Your Medical Practice
Key principles of the Review for Improved Production and Efficiency (RIPE) examines the proficiency and effectiveness of the Medical Practice’s most critical processes. It is a key enabler to deliver the highest-quality of service, in the most productive way, at the most competitive cost and time to output. The ultimate aim is to eliminate time-wasting activities; unnecessary wait times; reports; handovers; approvals, sign-offs, while ensuring the integrity of the process in support of patient management and care.
How does it work?
The Consultant(s) will work observe work activities and processes primarily at the front desk and back-office area (no more than two consultants). They will ask questions in a non-critical manner; review processes and procedures; probe to understand the principles behind the work efforts. Those two days will be important in determining a series of principles that will guide the solution generation phase, and create a vision of the future state of each process from the base up along with a roadmap to achieve both short-term and long-term results.
The intention is to ultimately leverage the core values of the Medical Practice to grow into adjacent opportunities, and operate at superior levels of performance to drive to meet full potential outcomes, both in terms of resourcing levels, cost and patient management.
Our aim is to help unlock value ensuring functional expertise continues in a cost- effective manner.
