    Key principles of HR processes applicable to Practice Managers and others with responsibilities for managing staff. Interpretation of the HR policies is also covered.

    Course outline for the day
    The training facilitator will lead discussion relating to understanding HR and its role in the medical practice; how the processes and policies can be implemented to best effect and how to streamline the under-pinning administration efforts.

    The training day will consist of discussion; validation of understanding; documentation review and practice in the form of role play where applicable.

    Full day: £945 + VAT
    For up to 12 people. You may wish to join up with other neighbouring practices to share the cost of the training.
