    Course description:
A one-day training workshop for GPs and practice managers.

General practice is a busy and, at times, stressful environment. The workload pressures can feel overwhelming and pressures from inside and outside the practice can feel difficult to manage.

This workshop provides an ideal opportunity for those responsible for the running of busy GP surgeries, and for managing their own workload and the team’s workload, to stop and reflect on how they manage time.

The workshop helps delegates analyse how they organise their days, prioritise tasks, and manage meetings, phone calls, emails and other interruptions. The benefits of effective delegation and saying 'no' are explored.

The workshop helps participants to identify their key stressors and take positive action to change behaviours and thinking, as well as developing mechanisms to improve well-being and your work-life balance.

    Who should attend:
    GPs and practice managers

    Full day: £945 + VAT
For up to 12 people. You may wish to join up with other neighbouring practices to share the cost of the training.

Bookings via Practice Index are charged at a discounted rate and come with a money-back guarantee.
