We have been using Fabmin for just over a year now and I cannot imagine life without it now. Staff enjoy the fact they can access their holidays easily and conveniently, from home if necessary. It's a speedy,easy to use service with excellent support when needed, which is rare. The team at fabmin are alway keen to listen to and work with you on any developments that may be required or beneficial .

We've been using this service for over a year now and it has transformed the management of annual leave for all staff - patient services, GPs, nursing and pharmacy. Staff appreciate being able to identify a suitable time to book leave by having access to the calendar with their colleague's booked leave and also enjoy the flexibility of being able to request annual leave by logging on from home. Managers are no longer inundated with pieces of paper and find it much simpler to have an overview of all booked leave and their teams outstanding entitlements in one place.

The introduction of Fabmin for recording holiday requests, absence, study leave etc. has been one of those rare occasions when a new system has been universally welcomed. Staff love it, and the time and effort it has saved my managers and supervisors in tracking time off requests has been a boon. As a busy GP practice with a lot of part-time staff it has been particularly useful - calculate the leave allowance once and the system keeps a running balance from then on - and staff can see the calendar from home so don't need to wait to check who else is away next time they are at work. Staff submit their leave requests when it suits them, and managers can review and authorise from anywhere too. Keeping track of sickness absence is just as simple. The software is intuitive and very easy to use, but if you do get stuck the support is excellent. I would recommend Fabmin to anyone whose staff take time off!​

We have been using Fabmin for over 3 years now and have to say it works really well for us.

As a system it is one that would now struggle to be without. It reduces workload for administrators and is a great way for staff to ‘manage’ their own annual leave.

Fabmin are always on hand to provide support and are always looking for ways to improve the system. They are also very open to suggestions you may have for the system. I would certainly recommend the company and the product!
