	Managing yourself This course is designed to help you understand the key characteristics of effective managers. It will enable you to prioritise your workload, as well as manage your time more efficiently. Begin course.
	Having difficult conversations This course is designed to help you understand emotional intelligence and why it is so important. We look at planning difficult conversations with practice staff, GPs, partners and patients and teach you how to feedback effectively. Begin course.
	Leadership styles and approaches This course is designed to help you understand the challenges facing primary care and the wider NHS. It introduces an array of leadership styles and approaches and shows how you can apply the NHS leadership model to your work. Begin course.
	Managing others This course is designed to help you understand and apply the principles of team building and team working. You’ll learn how to manage change effectively and see how the coaching process can help achieve constructive outcomes. Begin course.
