It’s tough out there, I think we all know that! General Practice is under huge pressure, not just from the tsunami of pent-up patient demand, but negativity across media platforms. Supporting our teams in practice, we are often at the sharp end, dealing with patients, and generally running around trying to make it all work.

To try and understand the issues facing PMs across the country, the IGPM would like to hear from you.  We would be grateful if anyone working in a management role in NHS general practice could take a few minutes to complete our survey here.

The IGPM is here to campaign for you, and the issues facing you in practice, and, as such, the results will help focus conversations with stakeholders.
