We impellent financial controls to reconcile payments and resolve issues where under-claims, or over-claims have occurred. We review supplier prices to lower practice costs. We deliver training tailored to the different roles in the practice to ensure everyone knows the part they play in maximising profits and ensuring efficient operations.

Maximising PPA / FP34 Prescribing Drugs income for PA Items
Many practices are not successfully claiming all the income they are due for the Personally Administered Items they purchase. See attached Fact Sheet. If you are worried that your practice is missing out, or that you do not have a robust FP34 / PPA claims process, then we can help. We have developed a methodology that ensures all income due is received, and we can also back-claim missed income. The results we achieve can be dramatic, particularly if there has been a history of under-claiming.
The services and training we offer are relevant to both Dispensing and Non-dispensing practices.
- PPA Review: We identify what income is missed, and provide a detailed report of the items. We recover historic missed income. We implement our methodology for FP34/PPA claims that ensures accurate claims going forward.
- Staff Training: We have a free webinar that provides a good introduction for all staff, and a programme of in-depth live webinars tailored to the different roles in the practice
Dispensary Performance Management Service
We build a financial model of the dispensary and provide on-going support to maximise dispensary profits. The financial model incorporates clinical system dispensing data, NHS payments and supplier costs to enables the impact of changes to be forecast and managed.
