We would recommend this product, we have found it very useful and have seen a reduction in DNAs as a result of it, thanks to the patient reminders. The Friends and Family follow up messages also work well with good feedback. Our numbers have reduced since GDPR but we are working on building them back up. It is worth advising patients to NOT share mobile phone numbers, however, as this can cause issues.

We have been using MJog for many years and would not be able to do without it. We use it for campaigns, flu and also as reminders for asthma reviews, diabetic reviews and cervical screening. Our patients like receiving texts and in fact request them. The staff at MJog are very helpful and happy to sort problems quickly if they occur. The system is easy to use and very user friendly. It monitors our Friends and Family and we can print reports when needed. I would highly recommend them as a must for every practice.

Having just concluded a group discount deal with MJOG for our GP Federation I am very happy to recommend them. The information and support MJOG provided was really helpful and they were very responsive to queries and questions from both myself and Practice Manager colleagues as existing MJOG users transferred on to the lower price and new practices were signed up under a single group deal. I was also impressed with the on-boarding process and 121 support provided for new users. Overall MJOG provide a very good service and we are now we are getting very handy discount.

An excellent product. We had some issues getting the system to work which were down to our PC builds as oppose to MJOG. The support we received from both MJOG and EMIS in getting the system to work was incredible and I am grateful that they persevered with it as since installing it last year we have saved over £1000 in postage on top of reducing DNAs. The mjog product is brilliant we dont have any complaints. However the support if a problem is encountered is dreadful. On at least 3 occasions when we had technical problems we had to wait a least a week to get any response and the problems to be sorted which is a shame.

We operate a support triage system to assess the priority of technical issues which works well for most customers. In addition, our automated system, which we introduced this year to improve response times, means MJog and customers can see the progress of a technical issue. During our very busy times (such as Flu season) we saw an average resolution time of just 8.7 hours. However, we do recognise that during busy times there are some issues which are not picked up as quickly as we would like and are working hard to improve our training, systems and support! We also provide extensive FAQ and training materials in our Support Centre, covering the common questions and issues experienced by other customers. MJOG has significantly helped this practice achieve targets and contact our patients swiftly when required. MJOG is an excellent piece of software that saves admin time and money as you can utilise your time elsewhere.
Printing out letters and adding stamps can be costly in a large practice like ours. MJOG it is cost effective when you compare the admin time and cost to post letters.

We only started using MJog in the middle of September but already it has made a huge diffrence to our practice. With the flu season here we have been able to send messages to most of our patients to remind them to make an appointment. As well as this we can already a decrease in the munber of non-attenders for routine appointments. I have already recommended MJog to several of my colleagues as I think this will be an invaluable tool for our practice. The installation of this system was simple with excellent training on how to use it and get the best from it. Highly recommend it.

I had to phone MJOG today regarding our message delivery service. I was aware there were ongoing issues and had logged a support request last week. I then tried to follow the instructions given to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, in my attempts to change my password I managed to log my mail account.

I only started working at the practice this week as Practice Manager and I quite openly admit I havent a clue what I am doing.

I decided to press another option in an attempt to speak with someone. Abi answered the phone and from the very beginning she could not have been more helpful. She even went to the extent of trying to find me contact numbers for my IT department as I had nothing . I then called her back once my NHS mail had been unlocked and she talked me through - step by step - exactly what to do, being very patient as by that stage I had lost the will to live! I am on leave next week and having just started was hysterical at the thought I had shutdown the whole messaging system and no messages would be sent out.

Once I carried out her instructions she waited on the line with me till I rechecked that the error message had gone.

I was completely lost and didnt no where to start before talking to Abi. I asked her for contact details of who I could pass on my thanks and she told me about this facility. I can't thank Abi enough and I hope as I progress with this job that everybody I come accross when I need help is as good as Abi.

One of the best decisions I have made. Easy to use, saves valuable time and resources with excellent results. Increased uptake for campaigns such as flu, shingles etc. Reduction in DNAs. Friends & Family Test - 5 months in and only single figures via postal box and website - MJOG consistently returning 100+ responses. I highly recommend MJOG.

The main impact of MJOG has been to massively speed up the process of running campaigns. We mainly use it for our monthly recalls for our management of long term conditions. It’s much quicker than doing letters and sending them by post; it’s much less expensive and it’s quicker for our admin staff. A key benefit is that it also codes the medical record. We use this aspect every time.

We have used MJog for several years. I find it really useful. It's great for reminding patients about their appointments but, best of all, it cuts down on postage when I want to remind patients to book flu jabs, have health checks etc etc

Getting through to Mjog is a nightmare. There is no phone line to call on, the only way to contact is by leaving a message. This often doesn't get acknowledged straight away.

However, once through to the helpdesk, the support received is fantastic.

Just make it easier to get it!!!

This service has been good for us. Our patients are replying to the texts and cancelling their appointments which frees up slots for other patients to book. The patients are also sending us text messages with questions which we are able to deal with. Since we set up the Friends and Family questions, more and more patients are responding to them.

Have tried other SMS providers but MJog is by the far the easiest and best. Everything is done automatically when sending texts reminders for appointments. Only takes 15 minutes to set up recall letters/clinic messages. Hardest part is collecting patients mobile numbers and keeping this updated.

I have always been more than happy with the service I have received from MJog. The majority of our patients like this service with only around 6 patients opting out. There has been a significant reduction in our DNAs. We also use MJog for our recalls which has reduced our postage and again our patients seem to like it with no negative feedback.

I have worked with MJOG for a number of years and I have always found them to be excellent. The software is used in all of my sites and is very useful in communicating with patients.
