Practice Manager required for busy Mid-Wales practice with list size of over 10,000 patients. The Practice operates from a purpose built premises. There are eight Partners (6WTE) with supporting, highly efficient, clinical and admin teams.
Due to the retirement of the current post holder we are looking for an accomplished, highly motivated and enthusiastic manager to join our team.
Good leadership, management and financial skills are required. Knowledge of Health & Safety, HR and complaints management would be an advantage as would a background in the NHS and an understanding of funding streams.
The successful candidate is required to have good interpersonal communication and organisational skills with a proven track record
Salary dependent on skills and experience. Five weeks annual leave and membership of the NHS Pension Scheme.
