Practice Manager

We are looking to recruit a dynamic individual to lead our busy, friendly practice.

Serving a population of 14,000 patients, we are one of the most respected practices in the mid-Notts area, achieving high standards on all indicators (including CQC and QOF) and generating excellent income. Our team includes 7 GPs, 2 ANP, 7 nursing staff, 3 secretaries, 5 receptionists and 8 clerical staff.

Experience in leading, managing and developing a team in an evolving and challenging environment is essential.

Integral to the role is strategic development, evaluation and development of opportunities, contractual planning and management of day to day business operations.

Qualities must include excellent communication skills, pragmatism and proven management skills, particularly in business planning, finance, HR and IT.

A healthcare background is not essential but would be helpful.
