Dear Practice Manager,
This maybe an unexpected question, but do you know any experienced GPs who are interested in a different way of working?
The role is quite unusual being really more a leadership role rather than primarily just seeing patients, so maybe interesting for an experienced Dr who is wanting to have a better work life balance and add variety to their day rather than purely seeing patients all day. Please pass on the grape vine or if you know someone that might be interested.
GP Lead Role:
You are an experienced GP principle. You are person orientated, and interested in training, team building and audits, with an option for clinical sessions.
Working with the practice manager and leadership team, you will support patient safety efficiency, fuelling an enthusiastic patient focused team, to support a practice of 10,000 patients across 2 sites.
Hours of work are flexible based around 9-5. Remuneration to fit the role, including salary share options, part-ownership.
You will be working in a purpose built health centre in the suburbs of the City of Peterborough (North Cambridgeshire), with its easy train access to London, not to mention nearby A1/ M1 access to the rest of the country. Having a wide range of housing to suite all, multiple retail experiences, extensive walks through the beautiful surrounding countryside, the Nene river offers many water activities, restaurants (some set on the river), barges and theatres in the City.
