Check in screen has been popular with patients and staff. Had an issue with screen after a patient walked into it, so they came out to fix and re-position. Initially told might have to wait up to 2 weeks for fix, but they were out within 1 week.

We currently use Enlighten check in for our patients which helps reduce long queues and ensures a continued through flow of patients. As a practice we have had very few problems with the system and when we have they are usually resolved in a timely manner. We are now looking at purchasing a media system to keep our patients informed of the latest services available. Would definitely recommend them.

We have had our screen for 2 years. It's is a great asset to have in the waiting room, we use it not only for calling in our patients, but we use it for patient information, and health campaigns. The support is very good from Jayex, in the effect you do need to contact them, it is very easy to speak to someone.

Our previous screen was knocked off the wall by a patient. Jayex responded quickly sending an engineer to remove and make good the damaged old screen. Also a very prompt response when we ordered a replacement.

We have been using the Jayex call system and patient check in system since 2008. It is a great system to use. Simple for both staff and patients. We wouldn't manage without our patient check in system. We would need to employ another receptionist to deal with the patients checking in! Thank you for a perfect solution.

Your system has completely transformed my waiting area. Almost every patient I have spoken to is happy with the system. The audible patient calling along with flashing name is much better than the older version. It allows new digital feeds to be displayed on one side of the screen. Patients also find health related information very useful and often ask questions related to the information displayed. Above all patients can also view the normal TV channel.

It was most certainly the right decision for us and we would like the same facility for my other practices. Above all you were most flexible in terms of cost and gave me the best price with flexible payment option. Thank you.
